今日は２才の息子も幼稚園に行きました。 ２時間だけやけど、私だけの時間！！ だから、家事とかじゃなくて、自分のしたいことをやろうって決めた。 ランニングに行って、熱いシャワーをゆっくり浴びて、本を読んだ。 あっと言う間やったけど、めっちゃ充実。 それに、家の中がめっちゃ静か。 風の音とか鳥の鳴き声が聞こえてきたし 風鈴の音も、ホントにきれいに聞こえる。 My son went to the Kindergarten with his sister this morning. 友達が”森の中のカフェ”に招待してくれました。 実はここ、彼女の子供が通ってる幼稚園！ 外で色んなことを学んで遊べるなんて、子供には魅力的。 息子も新しいお友達と楽しそうに遊んでました♪ My friend invited me to the cafe in the forest. Actually it is in her son’s school, yes, it’s an outside school! How nice kids can leran and play outside as a school!! 盛り上がってる所に行くのは楽しいけど、平穏な生活が、やっぱり落ち着く。 昨日は息子と散歩して、お寺でやってるヨガクラスに久々参加しました。 お堂でのヨガは、本当に気持ちよかった。 It was so nice to go fun place, but I’m happy to back to my normal life. Yesterday we took a walk and joined Yoga class at the temple.
